Welcome to Shop One Way. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shop One Way website, online store, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
In these Terms, "Shop One Way," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Shop One Way.

Shop One Way operates this online store, which is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the technology that enables us to operate the Services, but purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Shop One Way.
By accessing, browsing, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced in these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information regarding purchases, shipping, returns, warranties, limitations of liability, and your responsibilities when using our Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be at least the age of majority in the state or jurisdiction where you reside to make purchases through the Services.
If you permit a minor to access or use the Services on a device you own or control, you are responsible for that minor's use of the Services and compliance with these Terms.
When using the Services or placing an order, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing information, payment information, shipping address, telephone number, or other information necessary to complete your transaction.
You agree that all information you provide to us will be accurate, current, and complete, and you will promptly update information when necessary.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise provide your account to another person.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders when permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including photographs, colors, sizes, materials, features, and other product information.
However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device, monitor, screen settings, lighting, photography, and other factors. We cannot guarantee that the color or appearance displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.
Product descriptions, photographs, measurements, availability, pricing, and other information may be updated or corrected from time to time.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, limit purchases by customer or geographic area, or refuse an order when permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable, product pages may provide information regarding fit, sizing, materials, care instructions, stretch, measurements, or other characteristics. Customers are responsible for reviewing available product information and selecting the appropriate size and product before placing an order.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order through the Services, you are submitting an offer to purchase the products in your order.
Shop One Way reserves the right to accept or decline an order for legitimate business reasons, including product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping limitations, or other circumstances permitted by law.
Your order is not considered accepted until Shop One Way confirms acceptance.
Payment information may be authorized or processed before an order is accepted. If we do not accept an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and, where applicable, any authorized payment will be released or refunded.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.
Please carefully review your items, sizes, quantities, shipping address, and other order details before completing checkout.
If an order cannot be fulfilled or must be canceled by Shop One Way, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide any applicable refund.
Returns and Refunds
All returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Submitting a return request does not mean that the return has been approved.
Receiving return instructions or a return shipping label does not mean that a refund has been approved.
Returned merchandise must be received by Shop One Way and inspected before the return is approved for a refund.
Shop One Way will determine whether returned merchandise satisfies the applicable eligibility requirements after the merchandise has been received and inspected.
You agree that purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, BILLING, AND PAYMENTS
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, customs duties, or import fees.
Prices offered through Shop One Way may differ from prices offered by third-party retailers or other sellers.
Promotional offers may have additional terms and conditions. If a specific promotion has terms that conflict with these Terms, the promotion's specific terms will control for that promotion.
You agree to provide accurate and current payment, billing, shipping, and contact information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Shipping Options
Current shipping options include:

Standard Shipping — $8

Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Priority Shipping — $16

Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Free Standard Shipping — Orders $100+

U.S. orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Selecting Priority Shipping reduces the estimated transit time after shipment but does not change our standard order processing time.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, high-volume periods, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are handled by the carrier.
Shop One Way is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Shipping charges are non-refundable due to carrier delays, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Tracking
Once an order ships, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but the package cannot be located, customers should first check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier.
Shop One Way is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If an order arrives damaged, customers should contact Shop One Way as soon as possible with the order number and photographs of the package and affected merchandise.
Certain shipping services may provide limited carrier coverage for lost or damaged packages. Coverage and claim eligibility are determined by the applicable carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Shop One Way is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
If a package is returned to Shop One Way because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order resent.
Combined Orders
When fulfillment allows, Shop One Way may combine multiple orders placed within a short period into one shipment.
If eligible combined orders reach $100 or more in merchandise, we may refund applicable standard shipping charges so that the combined shipment qualifies for free standard shipping.
If the combined merchandise total is less than $100 and we are able to ship the orders together, we may refund duplicate shipping charges so that the customer is charged only once for standard shipping.
Combined shipping and shipping refunds are not guaranteed. Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped may not be eligible for combination.
Any approved shipping refund will be issued to the original payment method.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their contents, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, names, text, photographs, graphics, product images, videos, audio, designs, product descriptions, reviews, and the selection and arrangement of such materials, are owned by or licensed to Shop One Way and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Except as permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by Shop One Way in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, sell, download, store, or transmit substantial portions of the Services or their content.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to Shop One Way's intellectual property except for the limited right to use the Services as expressly permitted by these Terms.
Shop One Way's names, logos, product names, designs, slogans, and other branding may constitute trademarks of Shop One Way or their respective owners.
Shopify's name, logos, and trademarks are owned by Shopify.
All other third-party names, logos, trademarks, and branding appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND SERVICES
The Services may include access to tools, applications, payment services, shipping services, social media functionality, analytics services, or other services provided by third parties.
We do not necessarily control or monitor these third-party services.
Where permitted by law, third-party services are provided subject to the terms and policies of the applicable third-party provider.
Your use of third-party services is at your own discretion and may be subject to additional terms imposed by the third-party provider.
Shop One Way is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may introduce additional features or services in the future. Any new features or services will generally be subject to these Terms unless separate terms are provided.
SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites, applications, products, or services operated by third parties.
These links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement by Shop One Way.
Shop One Way does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, privacy practices, policies, products, or services.
If you access a third-party website or service, you do so at your own risk and should review that provider's applicable terms and privacy policies.
Questions or complaints regarding third-party products or services should generally be directed to the applicable third party.
SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Shop One Way's online store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides the e-commerce technology and infrastructure that allows us to offer the Services. However, purchases made through the Shop One Way store are transactions between you and Shop One Way.
Shopify is not the seller of Shop One Way's products and is not responsible for the products sold by Shop One Way, subject to applicable law and Shopify's own terms and policies.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how Shop One Way collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information.
Our Privacy Policy should be made available through a clearly accessible link on the Shop One Way website.
Because the Services are powered by Shopify, Shopify may process certain information in connection with providing the technology and services used by the Shop One Way store.
Information may also be processed by payment processors, shipping providers, marketing providers, analytics providers, and other service providers that assist us in operating the business.
Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information regarding our collection and use of personal information.
SECTION 11 — CUSTOMER FEEDBACK, REVIEWS, AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit, post, upload, email, or otherwise provide Shop One Way with reviews, comments, photographs, suggestions, ideas, testimonials, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant Shop One Way a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use that Feedback for purposes related to operating, improving, promoting, and marketing the Services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide the Feedback and that your Feedback does not knowingly violate the rights of another person or entity.
You remain responsible for the content of your Feedback.
We may moderate, remove, or decline to publish Feedback that we reasonably believe is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, obscene, defamatory, misleading, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malicious code, or otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law.
We do not require customers to provide positive reviews.
We will not condition a refund, discount, promotional benefit, or other consideration on a customer providing a positive review.
Honest reviews, including negative reviews, may be submitted provided they comply with applicable law and these Terms.
If you receive compensation, a discount, free product, or another incentive in exchange for providing a review or other promotional content, you are responsible for making any disclosure required by applicable law.
Shop One Way does not guarantee that all Feedback will be published or that we will respond to Feedback.
SECTION 12 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify product information, or cancel orders affected by an error.
If an order is affected by a material error, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide any refund required by applicable law.
SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Services:

For any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose;

To violate applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations;

To scrape, copy, harvest, or systematically extract substantial amounts of content from the Services without our written permission;

To bypass or circumvent security, access-control, or technological restrictions;

To use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services; or

To engage in any other conduct that we reasonably determine violates these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when permitted by law if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms.
SECTION 14 — AUTOMATED ACCESS AND AGENTS
The Services are intended primarily for use by individual customers.
Automated systems, bots, crawlers, agents, or other software may not access or interact with the Services in a manner that violates these Terms, interferes with the operation of the Services, circumvents security measures, places an unreasonable burden on our systems, or collects substantial amounts of information without our authorization.
We may implement technical measures to limit or block automated access.
Nothing in this section is intended to prohibit ordinary accessibility tools or technologies used by customers to access the Services.
SECTION 15 — TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services when permitted by law if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably determine that continued access creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Termination does not affect obligations or rights that arose before termination.
The provisions concerning Intellectual Property, Feedback, Privacy, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination.
SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services and information provided through the Services are made available for general shopping and informational purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but we do not warrant that all information will always be complete, current, accurate, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED OTHERWISE BY SHOP ONE WAY OR REQUIRED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOP ONE WAY DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS IS INTENDED TO LIMIT ANY WARRANTY OR CONSUMER RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHOP ONE WAY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOP ONE WAY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A PARTICULAR PURCHASE OR CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SHOP ONE WAY FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shop One Way and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Your material violation of these Terms;

Your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person; or

Your misuse of the Services.
This obligation does not apply to the extent that a claim results from Shop One Way's own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be shifted to you.
Where appropriate, Shop One Way may provide notice of a claim and reasonably cooperate with you in responding to it.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
SECTION 20 — WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Shop One Way regarding your use of the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements relating to the same subject matter.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific policy governing a particular transaction, the more specific policy will generally control that transaction.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Shop One Way may assign or transfer these Terms and its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, or other business transaction, or as otherwise permitted by law.
SECTION 22 — GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law or another law is required to apply.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the county where Shop One Way's principal place of business is located.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights that applicable law permits the customer to exercise in another jurisdiction.

Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect the meaning of these Terms.
SECTION 24 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on the Shop One Way website.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice when required by applicable law and will identify the effective date of the revised Terms.
Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
